You can join every Monday from 15th February for Zumba, bookings are through the website, the company offer a lot of different facilities in dance, yoga, fitness, education and therapy, the company and studio is based in Chelsea and currently offering online services through the lockdown!
And don't forget.. a very special Valentine's Zumba with some of the best Instructors from London all completely free from 13.30 GMT. Zoom link available on request you can also look out for it on Instagram and Facebook page, it will be posted on my pages on Saturday!
